Today,the ZFDS team was visited by Dr. Colin Mackenzie who was a doctor and worked with the Zambia Flying Doctor Service in 1969-1970. A tour of the HQ and all the static facilities was done and it was a pleasure to interact with someone who worked with the Service and saw its inception with the founding father being Dr.James Lawless.
He was so excited to visit Zambia and the ZFDS after 45years and was amazed with the transformation done by the Service.
Dr. Mackenzie visited the Service with his wife Christine Imle Mackenzie ,his Daughter,Dr. Amelia Mackenzie and Son in law, Russell Miller.
