A Chartered Accountant with membership under the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants with over 10 years of experience in Finance and Administration. His recent appointment was to the position of Acting Chief Executive Officer for the Zambia International Trade Fair where he successfully facilitated the hosting of the 2022 Trade Fair with a total of 849 exhibitors, both local, and foreign, and a patronage of over 130,000. His key skills include Management, supervisory, planning, and time management. Others include excellent analytical, evaluation, report writing, and interpersonal/communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels from executives and administration personnel to staff, covering all ends of the spectrum.

Mrs.Grace Kafula is an ACC chartered accountant who holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from the Copperbelt University She has over 10 years’ experience in internal audit and Risk Management She is an associate member of the Zambia institute of chartered Accountants (ZICA) Prior to joining ZFDS,she worked as senior internal Auditor for Zambia forestry and forest industries corporation, Note Examiner for Bank of Zambia - Regional Office

Mr. Msoni is an accomplished Human Resource (HR) practitioner with over 15 years of extensive experience in HR management across diverse industries, including telecommunications, logistics, mining, manufacturing, medical, and aviation. His specialization lies in change management and organizational development, where he has successfully implemented strategic HR initiatives to enhance organizational performance and foster a positive workplace culture. Throughout his career, Mr. Msoni has demonstrated a proven track record in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management, consistently driving growth and improving employee engagement across various sectors. His expertise extends to collective bargaining, evident from his role as Secretary and Co-Chair of the Collective Bargaining Unity at Zambia Daily Mail Ltd, showcasing his deep understanding of labor relations and negotiation. In addition to his corporate achievements, Mr. Msoni is actively involved in broader governance issues as a member of the Governance Committee of the Planned Parenthood Association of Zambia (PPAZ). He also contributes to education as a qualified lecturer and workers' educator, combining practical experience with academic insights to advance HR practices and professional development.
